When I found out that I was moving to England I was so excited and overwhelmed all at the same time! My biggest concern with the move was being able to find a suitable flat that would take my dog Ash. Having just gone through ACL surgery, Ash had a longer requirements list for the flat than I did. Initially, I considered looking for the flat on my own in advance by contacting various agents. However, with all the other stresses of moving I finally decided it was time that I get some help. Phillippa, Mat, and Kenneth listened to my concerns and needs and were able to line up over 15 flats to look at in one day that would accept a dog. Having a car to drive us around and look at the areas was invaluable. I now have a fantastic flat in a perfect location near a park as well as work. My wife and I were relocating along with our PETS, which unbeknownst to us imposed restrictions on who would be willing to rent to us. We moved to London thinking that it would be easy as getting an apartment at home. Well, it's definitely not that easy. It didn't make it easier that my husband had to start his job right a way and that I had to look for a place on my own, being 7 1/2 months pregnant didn't make things easier either! We ended up picking an amazing flat with a nicely designed kitchen, a garden, two bedrooms, all in our budget and most importantly… accepts dogs! We could not be any happier!
